How can i change the language to english on draftsman light? thank you

Thank you very much for the question. When you open the program in the main menu in the lower right corner is a button "Languages: English" (Default) - click on it to change the language to which you want. See picture 1. 

If you have already created a project - then in the right menu at the bottom, the button is default it "Eng". With its help, you can also change the language of the program. See picture 2.
